| Aliza – Has a twin Olivia, and both were named for graduate student Tamara's nieces. Aliza is small and dainty, with a very pretty face. |

| Amelia Deer Heart – Flew in a helicopter when she was just a few days old. She broke her leg as a fawn, but recovered into a chubby, calm, and friendly doe. Amelia enjoys ruminating in the sunshine and is happiest when she has to move as little as possible. |
 |
| Annabell – Was are first female fawn captured by hand in the Snake River Canyon by volunteers including two kids Landree and Whitney who named her. Friendly Annabell is the pet of all, and is always front and center to see if she can help. Her healed lip injury gives her a perpetual smile. |

| Aquilla – Named for constellation meaning eagle, Aquilla has a pretty grey coat that is unique to the herd, and was the first deer to have “orthodontia” by her favorite vet Donna, she looks great! |

| Beatrice – Acquired as a yearling from a family in Northeastern Washington that had hand-raised her. She is large, sweet, with a long, thin face, and likes to put her head on your shoulder for lots of kisses |
